Yep it’s that time again, another retest is coming my way. It’s about a week away so the nerves start beginning….. the butterflies start moving….. and I now know I have another week to sweat and hydrate.
What do you do when you have retests coming forward? Do you all of a sudden pass on the wine? Order a salad with dressing on the side? Say no to anything that includes salt or sugar??
Or are you one of the good ones that stick to it from one retest right to the other?
We all struggle with eating and drinking especially when there are a lot of social events going on in our busy lives, but we must remember, we will be looking at those results soon on the computer and with that come the regrets “Why didn’t I push more in my workouts” “Why didn’t I eat healthy??”
Did all that working out and eating right pay off? Well most likely it did!
Did you cheat and eat a lot of fatty, high sugar, greasy meals? Than the results are definitely going to be not what you have expected.
Well this time, I definitely feel like I have been working hard, sweating lots and eating the right foods so wish me luck and wait one more week to hear the results…. I’m doing this… Ambassador Style!
