The best Halloween Bootcamp in Toronto is back for another year of sweaty, scary fun!

What can I expect at Blood, Sweat, & Fears?

On Thursday October 30th The Motion Room is transformed into the spookiest gym you’ve ever seen and our trainers take you through a one-of-a-kind Re-Energizer Bootcamp. This circuit will give you the intense workout experience of a TMR bootcamp with a creepy twist (think dead body drags and coffin crunches).

Our Halloween Bootcamps are FREE and open to all Members AND Non-Members.

We will be running Blood, Sweat, & Fears sessions beginning at 7:30pm and 8:30pm on October 30th.


What do I need to do to prepare for Blood, Sweat, & Fears?


As with all our Re-Energizer Bootcamp’s we recommend you bring a towel (you’re gonna sweat) and a bottle of water to stay hydrated.

Wear your best Halloween costume and come ready to workout!

This is one of our most popular events of the year and fills up fast so make sure and register early.

Our friends at Kidz360 Active Learning Centre will be hosting FREE Halloween activities during both Blood, Sweat, & Fears sessions, so you don’t have to worry about what to do with the kids while you workout! Contact them today to register your child for these sessions.
