Foods like yogurt, sauerkraut and kimchi are amazing sources of dietary probiotics.

Probiotics are healthy bacteria that can replenish your gut microbiome, improve digestion and even promote healthy weight loss, so make try to include fermented foods in your diet!

Get Regular Exercise

Diet is not the only thing that can positively affect your gut health. Exercise has also been proven to be a great way to improve and even change your gut microbiome.

In short, the more active you are, the happier your gut is, so get some movement in daily to keep that gut healthy!

Reduce Stress Levels
