What is The Motion Room:

The Motion Room, or TMR (yes, you can hashtag that) is a gym… sort of.

JJThe brain child of co-owners Joseph Martino and James Cappellano, TMR is not a typical fitness facility. When you walk into TMR you won’t find rows of treadmills and ellipticals, but instead BOSU’s, Ballast Balls, Air Fit Trainers, Resistance Bands, and our signature agility ladder!  Martino and Cappellano have created a fitness community based on four pillars – Educate, Motivate, Guide, and Support. These four ideas paired with their extensive backgrounds in the health and fitness industry have come together to create a fitness regime that is unfaultable.


Personal Co-Training

The TMR Team believes that personal fitness should be available and affordable for EVERYONE, so they developed Personal Co-Training. personal-co-training-motion-room-logoWith all the benefits of 1-on-1 training for a fraction of the cost, Personal Co-Training is performed in a group environment where everyone will be working on their own program towards their own goals with TMR’s Team of Fitness Professionals there to educate, motivate, guide and support you throughout your session.


4 Series System

Supplementing The Motion Room’s Personal Co-Training program is there 4 Series System. The Motion Room’s 4 Series System combine the individual benefits of a personal trainer and the advantages of a group workout in a Bootcamp style fitness program that is motivating, engaging and produces

We have taken the most popular elements of a traditional Bootcamp workout and combined it with the benefits of our Personal Co-Training Program to create a unique workout regimen you won’t find anywhere else in the GTA.


Personal Co-Training

There is nothing more important to us than getting you the results you need! We work with everyone from first time fitness goers to full blown athletes to help them get exactly what they need out of their workouts.

Every 90 days we do our one of a kind One-On-One Check In where our state of the art technology + our team of Fitness Professionals measure your success. The best part, you can access these results at ANY time online in your personal TMR Profile. Read some of our Member’s success stories here.

What else have you got for me?

Our programs, service and training are just the start! We offer tons of great meal guides, nutritional plans and tracking online along with our blog (which is always full of cool information). We have an ASK THE TRAINER button right on our website, so even if you aren’t at the studio you can still get in touch with our team for some Q&A.
