That’s right, we’re talking about PANCAKES AND PUSHUPS!
Join us on Wednesday May 21st between 6:00 am and 7:00 am to get a great workout and enjoy a delicious, nutritious meal courtesy of Boom Breakfast!
Eating breakfast is an important part of living a healthy lifestyle and getting fit. Here are few reasons why you need to eat you breakfast:
– Revs us your metabolism for the day
– Keeps you from binge eating later on in the day
– Regulates your blood sugar levels, which helps keep you in a good mood!
We will have RBC Cardio Abuse on the 3rd floor at 6am, a SPECIAL routine for RBC Classic at 6am and Personal Co-Training at 7am.
While your working out, the Boom Breakfast team will be whipping up some healthy breakfast options for you to enjoy after your TMR session. The chefs at Boom will be plating healthy pancakes for you to enjoy.
