The benefits of a personal trainer and support of your bubble

Personal Co-Training Logo

The comradery, inspiration, attention, and professional guidance can make difficult workouts easier, providing the motivation to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Within our newly renovated studio, we have created a private workout space for our Personal Co-Training system. Seeing a personal trainer regularly can be costly so we have created The Coaching Company (TCC) application that provides access to fitness menu, nutritional guides and advance coaching options.

In order to accommodate all comfort levels, members can now choose to workout with other TMR members or those members who are within your own bubble. The group can decide to reserve spots to workout together with TCC application.

No matter which Personal Co-Training Method (with or without a coach) you choose, you will get the benefits of working with a dedicated personal coach through our TCC app from home or in-studio in a positive, and encouraging atmosphere.
