Motion Devotion 4 Series Bootcamp – Our Valentine’s Day Partner Workout!

Our annual Motion Devotion pairs Bootcamp is the perfect partner workout to celebrate Heart Month or to get that spark going before Valentines with your special someone (or just someone you feel comfortable getting sweaty with).

For this workout, the studio is transformed into the most romantic gym you have ever seen! Check out photos from last years event here. Get your heart rate up with this challenging 4 Series Classic Bootcamp designed by TMR specifically for pairs.

Working out should not be boring, so bring a friend, your mom or dad, brother or sister, co-worker, or partner in crime. They will get to workout for free and see what The Motion Room is all about.

We know sticking to a routine, and working out consistently is not always easy, but we truly believe switching things up and making it fun, makes it so much better!
