So, last week I spent time looking back at where I’ve been and now it’s time to look ahead. Now I need to get back on track with fitness and nutrition. So I’ve reached out to Julie to help me get organized with my nutrition. I’m taking my course on nutrition, so I know what I need to do, but I’m letting other priorities get in the way.

Right now I’m going through a life-style change, so I need to figure out how to fit school into my current routine so it doesn’t get me so off track. I can’t let school get in the way of the good work I’ve done so far. Eventually I will be helping people with their nutrition and fitness goals, so I have to practice what I preach. I know a lot of people face this same reality everyday so if I can figure it out, then I think I can help others later who are facing a similar situation in their life.

I’ve also asked James and Joseph to help me with my fitness schedule. I used to go almost every morning at 6:00 am. This has been a little more challenging to keep doing due to my new job where I start at 9:00. I used to start at 10:00 at my last job, so it was more flexible. And since going to school one night a week night, I have been getting home around 10:30 and going to bed between 11:00 and 11:30. I’ve been spending a lot of my night time studying for bi-weekly tests. This makes it hard to get up so early the next day, especially when I do this a few days in a row.

So, time to figure out a plan that will work for me.

I was listening to the bio of Morgan Freeman. I thought he was a successful actor since a young age, but I found out he didn’t hit it big in his career until he was 50. He said “You don’t have a life if you don’t have a dream”. He kept working at his craft until he made it.

I really like this quote because it shows his determination. I’m determined and just need to set up a plan that will work for me. The TMR results system is designed to work for people with their goals in mind. They’ve helped me through the last 10 months, and I know they will be there to help me through the next 10 months!
