Kelly’s Member Spotlight Story:
It all started when I finally could not take it anymore and I needed to lose weight. My friend from work kept bugging me to go to the gym with her, so I started looking at gyms in the area we could go to.I ended up on Groupon and I signed up for a Classic Bootcamp class at the Motion Room. I went in and did the boot camp, as hard as it was and once I left there I thought I was going to die. My vision was blurry and I was nauseous, it was terrible.
Long story short, it was too much for someone who had no physical activity before that day. I have to tell the honest truth I hated going to the gym, it was like pulling teeth. I continued going to the gym as much as I hated it, but the staff encouraged me and brought me to where I am today.
Once I was there for a while I fell off the train and over the next period of time I was on and off at the gym. Once again the continual encouragement from the staff helped me to get back on track. Finally as of September 2013 I lost 40 lbs*. The constant encouragement from the staff is what keeps me going back 3-4 times a week.
Ever since I started losing weight, I have not fallen off my train and best of all I now LOVE to go to the Motion Room!
